Cincinnati Equitable Insurance Company has a tradition of providing security to its policyholders which dates back to 1826 when the company was issued the first property casualty charter west of the Allegheny mountains. Enterprise Group Planning, Inc. has provided the benefit management for the Group Accident and Health Division since 1986 and together have developed group health programs which emphasize open access to the nation's best health care, health management services and personal customer service which is unique to the industry.
The individuals insured under these programs benefit not only from the security of claim reimbursement but from EGP's health management services which are provided by a team of experienced claim adjustors, utilization nurses and professional on-site case managers. This support, provided to families who face a challenging health situation, assures the best of quality from the medical providers and builds tremendous good-will on behalf of the employer and the insurance company.
Major Medical, Short-Term Disability, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Card Services:
- Employer Select Risk Trust (2-9 Employees)
- True Group Coverage (10 employees or more)
Major Medical
Traditional major medical, preferred provider (PPO), and exclusive
provider (EPO) products are available. Standard plans, listed below,
are available at EGP with the managed care options, generally with a
20% co-insurance difference between network and non-network
benefits. Plan design flexibility is available.
Partial Self-Funded programs are available for employers with 20
employees or more. The Partial Self-Funded plans provide a
fully-insured contract with employer deductibles of $1,000 to
$5,000. Aggregate coverage is provided. This is an excellent
coverage vehicle for those small employers who believe they have had
good claims experience but are not large enough to consider
Self-Funding.
Prescription Drug Card Services are provided in association with
Caremark prescription services. Traditional Short Term Disability,
Dental and Vision programs are underwritten by Cincinnati Equitable
and discount Prescription and Vision programs are available.
A Dental preferred provider network is available as an option.
Group Term Life Insurance Coverage
Group Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
benefits are provided by Cincinnati Equitable Life Insurance
Company.
